Longtime Padres standout and current 18U AAA1 catcher/utility player Carter Toffan has committed to continue his baseball career at the next level with the SUNY Jefferson Cannoneers.  Jefferson College is located in Watertown, New York and are part of the NJCAA.  Watertown is located on the east side of Lake Ontario in upstate New York and very close to Kingston, Ontario.  The program has a history of recruiting outside of the US with a Canadian from Halifax as well as two Australians on the roster this past season.
